This team building program is a highly effective experience as both a motivational and inspirational platform utilizing ground-based exercises, zip lines, and aerial adventures to form stronger connections, take relationships to a higher level of trust, and reward hard-working team members for their contributions and dedication.
Your team will achieve a greater level of empowerment and strengthen their drive to achieve more than they thought possible through the challenges they will face and the discovered team collaboration needed to finish Team Strong.
EMERGE
Team Up to Solve Problems
Emerge provides a challenging team bonding experience with all activities are ground based to explore how they organize and communicate goals, roles, interactions and planning processes.
These initiatives encourage teams to think creatively to solve problems and challenges. It is this process and lessons learned that provide “AHA”moments, many times during the debrief following each challenge. “Teaming Up” activities are challenge by choice where participants can opt out of those outside their physical abilities.

Define Your Team’s Purpose
Together with Collaborative Labs at St. Pete College, this is a unique opportunity for teams where they will define their purpose, direction, and motivation with a clear vision and plan for success at Collaborative Labs.
Following lunch, your team will then activate those feelings of empowerment, motivation, and inspiration by working together at Empower Adventures. Teams harness the power from the morning session to push individual teammates outside of comfort zones to reach higher levels of team productivity and achievement.
GO FOR THE GOLD
Strive to be Better than Ever
Through a professional, friendly Olympic style adventure competition, your team will be challenged to push themselves to gold medal status.
With a combination of ground and aerial adventures, some as high as 60’ in the air, teammates compete in an exciting obstacle course race, zip line racing, extreme scavenger hunts and fun challenges to overcome and win as a team. These fun events energize the teams and push them to strive for more, work smarter, work together and go for the gold – together.
