During your eco zip-line course, you are guided through the wilderness by one of our motivational leadership facilitators. With their experience and energy, our motivational speakers will keep your group excited and energized so you get the most out of your experience. Working with different members of your group, our motivational speakers help everyone grow their leadership skills.

Customized Training

At Empower Adventures, we offer customized training that specifically caters to the needs and wants of your group. For teams, we ask each member to take an anonymous survey before they start their zip line course, giving them the opportunity to assess their strengths and weaknesses. Based on this information, we design our youth leadership development programs to cater specifically to the areas where you most need improvement.

Goal Setting Exercises

Based off your team’s strengths and weaknesses, we create goal-setting exercises to leverage excitement and growth from your group. Through these exercises, your group can work through situations to develop problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

Lasting Results

After your youth leadership tour, you can cool off with an icy towel and you are sent home with mementos and souvenirs to remember your experience. Although your mementos may not last forever, the skills you learn in our eco zip line course will.
