Garments to Avoid When Visiting an Aerial Adventure Park
If you have not visited Empower Adventures in Tampa, Florida, yet, then you are missing out on all the fun to be had with our extravagant tree top adventure. Our zip line course brings you high over the surrounding waters of Mobbly Bay, giving you a one-of-a-kind view of some of South Florida’s most beautiful environments. Before you partake on these adventurous diversions, however, it is important to be in the know about what is and isn’t suitable to wear. We must remind you that you’ll most likely be on a zip line while at our park, so it is imperative that you keep that in mind when selecting your clothing. Luckily, Empower Adventures took the time to list off the items you should not wear when visiting an aerial adventure park.
Flip Flops, Sandals or other Open-Toed Footwear
Granted that you will be traveling through the air at high speeds, you will want to avoid wearing shoes that could easily become detached from your feet. This includes items such as flips flops, Crocs, sandals or other variations of open-toe and open-heel footwear. Instead, we suggest wearing a tight-fitting sneaker at our aerial adventure park to both assure you keep your shoes and that you are safe throughout the trip.
Dresses or Skirts
Another prime piece of clothing you will want to avoid when attending an aerial adventure park is a dress or other overly loose-fitting garment. One can probably assume that a dress would not be ideal to wear when flying through the air on a zip line course, as it carries some revealing tendencies and can be distracting for your experience. For that reason. We advise visitors to stick to snug pants or shorts that will stay secure to their body.
Jewelry
We know how important it is to look your best when going on a zip line tour, but we, unfortunately, have to advise against wearing necklaces, loose bracelets or other jewelry that could get lost during the trip. We can assure that you will be thankful you didn’t wear your beloved necklace while attending our aerial adventure park because chances are it would have ended up in the Mobbly Bayou.
Restrictive Garments
Another important aspect of attending an aerial adventure park is being able to move freely and have a flexible range of motion during the trip. If you are wearing tight-fitting jeans or a snug button-up shirt that make it more difficult to move in a candid manner, then your zip line experience may not reach its full potential. We instead suggest wearing non-restrictive garments that allow you to feel comfortable while on the course.
